Exmouth Quay Management Company

Regatta Court forms part of the Exmouth Quay redevelopment which has been managed successfully by the Exmouth Quay Management Company since completion of its first phase in 1998. The management company has a proven track record of efficient day-to-day running and longer-term maintenance of the Quay and each of its buildings. There is also a well-run residents association which has established itself as an ongoing, dynamic presence within Exmouth Quay and which liaises with the management company to ensure the whole development is kept in exceptional order for the benefit of all residents. * Landscaping and communal garden are award winning (Britain in bloom 2008).

Lease information

Each Regatta Court property is sold on a 125 year lease. An annual service charge and ground rent are payable full details of which are available from the Regatta Court sales centre.
